These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of our website (premiumliving.com.cy) and, where relevant, to enquiries, bookings and services provided by Premium Living ("CHV", "we", "us", "our"). Additional terms may apply to specific services, properties, promotions, or bookings.
By accessing or using this website and/or making a booking with CHV, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
Unless stated otherwise, all content on this website is owned by or licensed to CHV and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, publish, distribute, display, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, transmit, sell, market, monetise, or otherwise exploit any website content without our prior written permission.
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and applicable laws.
Minimum Duration of Stay: The minimum stay at all CHV units is two (2) nights. For stays of more than 30 nights, contact us directly for our best rate.
Check-in, Check-out, and Luggage: Check-in time is 16:00 and check-out time is 11:00. Early check-in and late check-out may be available, subject to availability. If a guest remains after 11:00 without prior approval, a minimum fee of €50 will apply.
Optional Extras: Guests may request additional extras including early check-in, late check-out, baby high chair, and travel cot.
Essentials Provided: All units provide arrival essentials such as tea, water, cookies, vinegar, olive oil, espresso capsules, salt, pepper, sugar, and zero-calorie sugar. We also provide complimentary travel-size shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
Payment timing and method depend on the channel through which you book and the cancellation policy selected at the time of booking. Payment processing may be handled by CHV and/or our channel partners.
We offer three cancellation policies: Free7, Free14, and Non-Refundable.
Free7/Free14: You may cancel up to 7 or 14 days respectively before check-in for a 100% refund. Payment is typically collected approximately 7 or 14 days before arrival.
Non-Refundable: The total price is charged after booking confirmation and is not refundable.
Refunds are issued to the same payment card used for the reservation, typically initiated within 24 hours of cancellation.
CHV-managed properties are privately owned and may vary in layout, decor, furnishings, and equipment. Photographs are indicative and for illustrative purposes.
Maximum occupancy is two (2) persons per bedroom unless stated otherwise. Parties are not permitted. Outside visitors are not allowed without prior written approval. Breaches may result in penalties starting from €2,000.
For stays longer than seven (7) nights, one complimentary mid-stay clean is included. Departure cleaning is included, provided the property is left in a reasonably tidy condition.
Where a property includes a private pool: the pool is for registered occupants only; guests must follow poolside signage; children must be supervised at all times.
Weekly energy consumption limits may apply. Excess usage is charged at €0.35 per unit (kWh).
You are responsible for any loss, breakage, or damage caused during your stay, excluding normal wear and tear.
On departure: switch off all lights; if the property has a dishwasher, load it and start a cycle; place the key back in the key box. Lost keys will be subject to a lock replacement fee.
Parents/guardians are responsible for supervising children at all times. Extra caution around balconies, stairs, swimming pools, and outdoor areas.
Our properties are not specifically designed for disabled access unless explicitly stated. Contact us before booking for suitable options.
Guests are responsible for obtaining suitable travel insurance.
CHV is not liable for disruptions caused by events outside our reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, or utility outages.
Pets are not permitted unless expressly approved in writing. Unauthorised pets will incur additional cleaning costs.
Smoking is not permitted inside any property. Additional cleaning charges may apply if smoking is detected.
