Premium Living Cyprus is a luxury vacation rental and property management company based in Limassol, Cyprus. We curate high-quality holiday experiences across the island's most desirable destinations - from the vibrant Limassol coastline to the world-renowned Aphrodite Hills Resort and the sun-drenched shores of Paphos.
Premium Living Ltd. evolved from Aphrodite Holiday Rentals, a pioneer in premium rental services in Cyprus for over 15 years. What started with a focus on the iconic Aphrodite Hills golf and spa resort has grown into a curated collection of over 50 premium residences island-wide. In January 2021, our Aphrodite Hills Holiday Residences became the first property manager in Cyprus to be selected by Homes & Villas by Marriott International - a milestone that recognised our commitment to world-class hospitality standards.

General Manager & Founder
Premium Living is led by Telemachos Hassapis, a seasoned hospitality executive and Certified Public Accountant with deep expertise in operations, marketing, and strategy. Telemachos holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and brings over two decades of hands-on experience in Cyprus's luxury tourism sector.
As the long-serving General Manager of Aphrodite Hills Holiday Residences and Aphrodite Hills Property Management, Telemachos built the operational foundation that Premium Living stands on today. His leadership was instrumental in securing the landmark partnership with Marriott International's Homes & Villas programme - putting Cyprus on the map alongside the world's finest vacation rental brands.
Beyond hospitality, Telemachos is a co-founder and director of Promed Bioscience Ltd., a Cyprus-based biotech company developing collagen-based biomaterials, reflecting his broader entrepreneurial vision.
